When we moved to Panama City in October 2017 we engaged an insurance agency on our real estate broker's list of recommendations. After six months and two insurance policy cancellations later, I felt it necessary to change agencies since the staff at the recommended agency had neither correctly filed applications nor timely responded to minor items that became major. I changed to St, Andrews Insurance Agency which professionally and efficiently found a great carrier for our homeowners insurance. I recently received a notice from the current mortgage servicer asking that the poicy be amended to add them to the declarations. I spoke to Jesse at St. Andrews Insurance on Monday to request the change. She verified the information over the telephone and said she'd take care of it. Today (Saturday) I received the amended policy from my carrrier in the mail. HATS OFF to Jesse and the St Andrews Agency! When they say they'll take care if it, THEY DO! I'm a happy camper! -
